Hello Customers!


We wanted to make a post letting all our customers know that starting (NEED A MONTH) 2020 we will be making some changes. Listed below are the new changes we will be making.


  • We will now be taking a deposit for every booking.

    • 10% for regular bookings (weekdays)

    • 20% for weekends and holiday bookings

  • We will be having a new cancellation policy.

    • Weekday and weekend bookings: Need to cancel 48 hours before to get your deposit back.

    • Holidays: Need to cancel 72 hours before to get your deposit back.

  • If your dog(s) are staying over a holiday there will be an extra charge for that day (example: If your dog(s) stay over Christmas they will be charged extra for that day but if they stay over Christmas and New years they will be charged extra for both of those days)

  • We will be requiring shots that are expired or will expire during the stay to be updated 1 week before being dropped off.

  • Our hours for drop off and pick up will be changing. You will be able to drop off and pick up between 8-12:30 & 2-5:45 M-F, 8-4:00 Sat.

  • We will be closing on Sundays. You may still pick up on Sundays if you plan with us ahead of time and for an extra $10 charge per dog. If you didn’t originally book for a Sunday but you want to pick up that day you have to give us a 48 hour notice before that day.

NEW BOARDING CUSTOMERS: We are now requiring you to drop off at least one hour before closing (M-F before 5:00 and Sat before 3). We want to make sure that we have time for you to fill out paperwork but more importantly we want to be able to get to know your dog(s) and make sure they are comfortable before they go in their kennels for the night.
